Following up...
For the microprocessor inclined, this has an 80c188 in it
and may be booted from internel flash, internal eprom, or
via bootp. This will let you reconfigure for uses other
than the designes SNMP UPS monitor.
Lots of uses for a device with ethernet and two serial!
