MFJ4245MV. 45 Amps of power per MFJ specs. See MFJ web site for more info. 
Good little power supply that is compact and light. You won't hear this 
power supply in your receiver. Voltage is adjustable from 8 to 15 volts.

This supply is in excellent condition.
