II picked this up from a sale and have no need for it also never saw one 
before

Tristar 2 Meter HT real clean and I canr figure out how to program it.Battery 
will charge and looks like the same battery that Radio Shack and Icom uses 
also the radio also looks like the Radio Shack  2 meter Ht cant tell you much 
more about it.Seems to transmit and it brckes Sql. So it can be yours to figure 
it out  for a mighty sum of 20.00 and I will through in the shipping to
