[ForSale-Swap] Wanted: Manual for MFJ 1278 "TNC Plus"

Does anyone know where a manual for the MFJ 1278 
can be found on-line?

Or does someone have one they no longer need?

I am needing a manual for an MFJ 1278 "TNC plus".  
I especially need info on connections (what goes to 
what pin on that 5 pin DIN connector to the radio), 
and if any jumpers are needed any place.  Of 
course the whole manual would be best.
