Looks like new. Transmit is fine but receiver front end is dead.

Kenwood TM-721A Dual Band
Receive works on both bands, no transmit on either band.
Manual and schematics
No mic or power cord.
This unit is a 7 out of 10, has one broken fin on heat sink.
