[ForSale-Swap] WTB Pulse Generator

Hello Folks,

I am looking for a solidstate pulse generator.  Something that goes to 10 Mhz or so and has the stacdard pulse delay and width control.
I am in Connecticut, so hopefully someone in the Northeast.  But if not thats OK too.

I plan to do some testing of LED's  and pulsing them for a optical comm. experiments.
