Offering a near mint Ameritron Al80 amplifier retrofitted and dedicated
to 6 meter operation.. 575W OUTPUT with a single Eimac 3-500Z with about
60-70W of drive. Brand new plate transformer and completely rebuilt full
wave bridge rectifier board with all new (Nichicon) filter capacitors,
diodes, and bleeders. Low voltage 12VDC antenna relay is compatible with
all solid state exciters.  Front panel adjustable T-Match tuned input
provides zero SWR sugnal.  When DX'ing,  a broadbanded pi-net allows for
1 mHz excursions without returning. Mica caps on the input for low loss
excitation. Filament voltage is fully adjustable via a nichrome strip to
prevent shortened tube life due to filament overvoltage. From the
exterior, unit appears stock except that the front panel bandswitch knob
now controls the fully adjustable T-Match exciter input. Unit can be seen
