[ForSale-Swap] need tranny info

While going thru my box's i found a transformer it is 3x3 and 6 inchs tall. 
army green in color. looks like the nunber on the dia on top is C-12A-1160
  pri is 117.5vac
sec #  2 is 6.3 v 1.2 amps
sec #  3 is 5 v 3 amps
sec # 1 is unknown but shows a 5U4G tube with plates connected to sec 
windings and ct going to an inductor  that is part of a filter network 
and  700v dc shown across the first cap in the filter.   filments of the 
5u4g are tied to sec # 3 . of course the  5u4g and the filter network are 
dotted line connected .
anyone have any ideal what this came out of ?
