I have recently been given a Summagraphics 
Summasketch board.  This came with a tablet with the 
following wiring:

1,  A 4 button "mouse" that plugs into the bottom of the 
board using a telephone type connector.

2.  A single cable coming out the back of the unit which 
terminates in a serial type connector.  Connected to this 
is a short adaptor that plugs into a serial port.  Coming 
out the back of the cable terminate point there is a short 
cable that terminates in a small 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch 
male connector with 4 pins.  I assume that this is the 
power supply for the graphics tablet.  

3.  Can anyone furnish the pinouts for the power supply 
connector (if that is what it is?)
