[ForSale-Swap] WTB info on Regency LMTR 2500

I just acquired one of these ??? units.  There is a commercial (154 MHz) Tx
crystal on the board, but the front panel looks like a scanner.  Is this
made by Regency?  Can anyone give me info on this unit?  I note a "link"
female connector on the top.

I would certainly appreciate a manual copy or diagram of the unit.  This one
is in perfect condition, just really strange to me.
