I have a tramsmitting variable cappacitor for sale.
Plate spacing is .093" and value is 16 to 72pf. This capacitor has threaded 
rod construction so plates could be removed to make smaller max capacitance. 
The shaft is 1/4" dia by 1 1/4 inches long.
