in the Late 60's I drove to fair radio and Bought a A Old 603 . The City 
Police Was on 39 Mhz and they were Having some type of Racial Problems and 
Refused to sell Me the Radio,  until I showed Proof of a In drivers Lic and 
Signed a form for the Police  that I would not Re sale in Ohio.
