This is a neat little device.  You simply plug it into a USB 
port, install the software, hook up your tv and fm 
antennas start the program and you can watch tv in a 
scalable window (very small to full screen) or listen to 
your local FM radio stations.  Has a station scan button 
you can click on and it will log all the tv or fm stations in 
your area or on your cable. You can also capture video 
from most any source and you have the capability of 
"freezing a shot in video" and saving it as a picture/jpg 
etc file.

I paid about $150.00 plus for this device, used it a while 
then changed computers.  It is supposed to work with 
Windows XP but the patch that I downloaded does not 
work properly.  I have since changed to an internal 
video capture card.

Unit is in excellent condition, the only thing I will keep 
from the original package is a short patch cord that 
patches the audio from the device to the computer 
audio in plug. Not a major cost item.
