Anyone out there with info on a BEARCAT MOD BCIII scanner?

I need info on the pin arrangement for the power cord connection
and info on the crystal configuration. The power connection is a 
4 pin arrangement. Data on the label indicates voltage levels of
117VAC and 13.8VDC, unit mfg. by ELECTRA COMPANY.
