Hi all, I'm looking for hand held scanners,  for a project over here,
UHF/VHF,  cheap.  Must be cheap,  condition doesn't matter as long as they
work, programmable preferred but if you have a couple you want to unload and
1 isn't programmable, I'll find a use for it. Only real thing I am asking
for and have to stick to is they have to be portables. If they have
rechargeable batteries in them like the older Unidens and the battery won't
hold a charge, as long as the scanner works, that's fine,  just so long as
the scanner works, can be banged up a little what ever. Thanks,  email
