[ForSale-Swap] WTS: Pair of 4-400A

I have a pair of 4-400A that I bought for an amp project. Decided to use
a different tube. I have not tested them so will set price accordingly.

They do look nice, have the boxes, have no loose bits inside, have
filament continuity (they light up :-), and show no evidence of 
overheating around the pins.

They do show evidence of use by way of a faint darkening of the glass
and a small amount of dust in the center of the ceramic. I suspect they
are broadcast pulls.

Here are the deal options.

Deal 1)$50 bucks, AS-IS plus $10 for pack and ship in 48 contiguous USA 
states. Will pack well.

Deal 2)$100 bucks, one week to try, no charge for ship, but, you ship 
'em back, no worse for wear, at your expense, and I'll refund $90.
I'll use a nice enough box and packing to make recycling easy.
