Collins KWM2 WE Serial #1458, early model. A collectors item. Was used in
the military, but not abused. Cabinet and trim ring painted the Collins
dark grey. Face panel original and in very good condition. Original knobs
and all are functional. Interior/Exterior very good and very clean.
Antenna relay has been changed. Transmitter was working and the receiver
stopped functioning. Believe its in the two reed relays. Have a set of
replacement tubes, as ordered from Surplus Sales including two 6146W’s.
Manual is new as issued by Norman Rockwell ‘78 9th edition. Includes VCR
tapes from Hi-Res Communications, with tips and procedures for repairs
and adjustments. Have most of the Collins Service Bulletins for this
unit. Includes PM2 P.S., new PC board and all components. Delivers
1000VDC, no load.
MM1 mike, fair to good, needs new coil cord, has the original PL55 plug.
CC2 carrying case, fair to good, shows shipping use, locks and keys
rebuilt and new, still very functional. Service T.O 31R2-4-183-WC-6
Manual included. Arthritus and poor eyesight curtailed our technical
endeavors.....Would like to sell all units together. $650 plus shipping
