[ForSale-Swap] Samlex PS-needs work

I have a samlex 15-20 amp power supply that I recently
purchased off of ebay for sale.  Looks fine, but it
blows fuses as soon as you turn it on.  Opened it up,
and everything looks fine inside.  Not sure what the
problem is.  Maybe someone else has the expertise to
fix this.  I will ship it for $28 to anyone who is
interested.
