I have a NOS Abacus inverter.
4000W Sine wave (< 2% THD) 48 VDC in
120VAC 34 Amp out. $900 delivered to
Lawrenceville hamfest. Only 150lb but
both of these are light when compared to
the battery bank :-) BTW, That
$900 is less than 20% of the price for a
new one, and they are current product.

Robin might not have mentioned, but this
telco power equipment is extremely quiet
with regard to R.F. noise.
