includes the two (2) antenna changeover relays as well as the time  delay
Ampe;rite   ballast resistor. Included in the package is the complete
relay shelf with harness but no representation is made as to the
condition of the tuner shelf components as a drop in unit.   It appears
that the axial filter caps may be in need of replacement.However, all the
components are there. The  shelf includes the adjusting rheostats fuses,
