[ForSale-Swap] Anyone Good With 2m Amp Repair?

I have a sick KLM PA10-160BL amp.  I have the manual. 
It is non responsive.  A friend, just before moving, too a quick 
look but wasn't certain if it was the final device (MRF-245 I 
think) or a problem in the sensing circuit.

I'm looking for someone, preferably local to me in the greater 
Tampa Bay area, who could get the thing working for me.

I need it for emergency communications, ever more so now 
that we have moved further out into the sticks of Hudson.

I will cover the cost of parts and hopefully have something to 
barter for your time.
