The Model 21 Instant Recall Recorder is a solid state audio recorder
that records, stores and plays back radio or telephone conversations.

They are 19" rack-mount single channel IRR's as used in 911 centers
dispatch consoles. Will record radio or telephone.

I have 2 of them, still in their boxes, with standard accessories and
manual. The both have the full 32 minutes of memory option. 

Made by Zetron, badged and sold by Racal

$800 each, they sold new for $3000
