According to the list info page, acceptable items are:

Ham radio equipment, scanners, computer equipment and parts for repair or
experimenting. This isn't a garage sale so please don't post items that
don't closely relate to the hobby. Just because a ham owns it or it has a
radio in it, doesn't make it ham related. If you are in doubt, ask the list
owner first.

Many Domestic Violence programs accept donations of used cell phones for use
by women who are at risk.  That would be a better way to dispose of items
like this.
