The W21AT, etal, handhelds have a keypad design that is prone to failure,
and the last time I checked, Icom cannot repair them or provide replacement
keypads.
I developed a method of repairing these pesky keypads, and have about 10
repaired units
out in the field. They have been in daily use for over a year now, with no
problems.

I will remove, repair, and replace your existing keypads for $50 + postage.
This repair is limited to the internal side of the keypad, the fronts will
remain the same.
