[ForSale-Swap] WTB: Knob for DX-100

I need a knob for the CW/Phone Selection switch on my DX-100. It is a
medium size gray knob and is also the same as used on the Audio Gain,
Meter Selection, or Coarse Loading controls. It is the lower right hand
knob on the picture of the panel at

Only need one knob, mine has a large piece missing out of it. Can anyone
help, please notify me direct.
