Hello - Have for sale these parts :
    Mini-Circuits MAR-1 MMIC's in sealed bubble packs, have around 7 strips
to sell. Note these are the "older style" X-package that we are used to
working with, not the tiny surface mount. These type are drying up. Each
strip is 10 MMIC's and cost is 17.50 per strip of 10.
    Philips Dual Gate MOSFET device BF-980, this is a low noise VHF-UHF DG
MOSFET in the "X" package. These are very handy and supplies are drying up,
stock up now. These are NOS in static bags.
