[ForSale-Swap] Satellite Link Budget program

This may be the wrong place to ask, but before my notebook computer crashed
several months ago, I had down loaded a program called SWLink (from Sweden,
I think) which would not only calculate the Az/El needed for the satellite,
but would also show the amount of "snow" you would expect to see for
different sizes of satellite dishes with different rain fade conditions.
Since then, the link to the link has disappeared. Does any one have an idea
of where to get such a program?
