Greetings to the net's:
I am trying to find:
Karel Jennings, VE6KLJ
BOX 21381
GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB T8V 6W7
CANADA
License Issue/Renewal Date: 11-14-1998
License Expiration Date: 04-24-2000
Birth Date: 10-14-1979
This young man advertised a Hallicafter S-40-R for sale with good physical
appearance. [This was January 2002] I made a deal with him and sent him U.
S. dollars which he confirmed receiving. He told me that it would take a
little while to get sent as it is difficult to send from Canada to US. I
enclosed enough extra money for the packaging as well as shipping with a
little extra for his effort. He was delighted at the price. We had several
coorispondenced by the E-Mail. This is now going into the 1st of July, 2002
and I still haven't received the radio. I have written three E-Mails, two in
May and one in June with no reply. I knew that he was in school and may have
been in a testing period or something of this sort and wanted to give him
enough time to finish. With no reply's to my last three E-Mail's, I was
hoping that someone in or around Grand Paririe, Alberta, Canada might know
him and would know if he was ok or if some ill had be-fallen him. I don't
want to think that I got stiffed. I would want to think that he has a
problem and can't reply. Since he posted on these two sites, I thought there
might be someone in Alberta that knew of him and could shed some light. He
seemed to be a pretty good sort of guy.
Thanks to all on these net's for the band width and am hoping for the best
results.
Best Regards,
Ralph Howes
