RCA's Model CDS 6300 2.3 Mega pixel/3x optical zoom digital still 
camera.  3x Optical zoom and 4x digital zoom. 1.8" color LCD 
display.Built in flash with red eye reduction. Uses compact flash 
cards (8 mb card included). Uses AA batteries(4). Camera comes 
with original packing, accessories, instruction manual, software and 
serial and USB port cables.

As with most all serial/usb connections, uploading from camera to 
your pc is rather slow.  I use a very inexpensive compact flash 
reader (about 20.00), take the cf card out of camera, plug it into the 
usb port on my computer and the pictures are immediately 
available. The computer sees the cf as just another hard drive.

The camera does have a problem. The display on the top of the 
camera that tells you the flash mode, number of pictures and battery 
condition has quit working.  That has not been enough of a problem 
to me to send it back for factory service.

I purchased this camera new about 6 months ago and paid $299.00 
for it.  I have never mailed in the registration or warranty so you 
might still register it in your name. I have replaced it with a Nikon 
Cool Pix 995 which is an outstanding camera.

If you would like this camera I will sell it for $100.00 which includes 
shipping to lower 48. US postal money order or I can take PAYPAL.
