[ForSale-Swap] Lafayette HE-40 Knobs....WTB

Just a wild try but here goes:

I need the Bandspread knob es also the Tuning knob for a beautiful old 
Lafayette HE-40 Receiver that I have come into. These are the knobs on the 
far left es on the far right below the front dial.

Those two knobs were smashed in shipping.

Have any, or know of a source where I can get them?

Knobs from another old model Lafayette might work OK..........let me know, pse.
