Sorry for the cross posting, but I'm trying to cover as many as possible in
a short time.
Time is a matter of importance as you will see.  If you're able to help you
can contact either of us and Tim will get the information.  Thank you to all
and if further explanation is required Tim is hoping to also set up a MARS

Well as usual my luck is running bad. I just got the word on Friday that I
have to report for active duty on the third of August to be  sent to
Afghanistan. Now today I got a call stating that my part is on back order
with Kenwood with no
ETA.  Which means that the part may not even be available.

Could you use your contacts to see if anyone has a junked Kenwood TS-140S
with a good display or if anyone has a good contact at Kenwood that can help
out a soldier?

As usual, I greatly appreciate your help.
