made by  Industrial Communications Engineers LTD.
I also have one model 317 high sensitivity  unit like the ones above. all 
are new not used they have  F fittings. you can use them with CATV  or 
SAT  receivers. will also work on closed circuit camera  feeds. cost $45 each
