[ForSale-Swap] HP Universal Counter/DVM Model 5328A for sale

For sale Hewlett-Packard 5328A Universal Counter.  This unit is being sold 
for parts only as I do not know what is wrong with it.  It appears to be in 
excellent physical shape, in that all knobs rotate, no bent BNC connectors 
etc.  Have not opened the case.  Unit acquired  from DRMO at Ft. Meade, MD 
several years ago.  The unit powers up and display lights up,  One display 
digit (7 segment LED, two places from the right.) does not work, this can be 
observed when the reset button it pressed and  all the remainder digits 
appear as 8 (eight).  The fan works and various leds come on when 
appropriate switches are turned.  In the DVM position with 24 volts applied 
to voltmeter terminals, unit does not read except "0".  Have not attempted 
to count an alternating signal but suspect it won't read either. The unit 
has a Digital Voltmeter module, Channel C , and Channel A, Channel B 
Universal Module.  From the rear it has marked Option 2L, Option 31, and 
Option 40.  Serial numbered 2116A16841.  There is no manual, probe, or power 
cord for the unit.

If someone has this model counter, this would be an excellent source for 
parts.  Will ship to the lower 48 states for $45.00 via USPS Parcel Post.
