[ForSale-Swap] Swap BC-950xlt

I have a BC-950xlt scanner in very good condition that I'd like to swap for
GPS stuff, weather instruments (wind direction & speed detection, for
weather spotting), or a 2 meter mobile rig.  This scanner works perfectly,
and has the CTCSS board and RF amp board installed.  Comes with wall wart
and manual.
