Hello all
I have a Grove Mini-Tuner, model tun-3 for sale.  This unit tunes 100kHz to
30MHz and is designed to match an antenna to a receiver.  I found it
especially effective on a R/S DX-398 (Sangean ATS-909) to remove Broadcast
Band QRM from the Longwave and Tropical bands.  (Many receivers have NO
front end filtering which permits receiver overload to generate broadcast
band spurs across large segments of  the Longwave and tropical spectrum).

I also found that on some bands it gave a dramatic increase in signal
strength, while on other bands it had little effect.  (That would depend on
where your antennas are resonant)

It features 4 switchable ranges of 100kHz to 30MHz, a bypass position and a
"Ground antenna" position to prevent static damage to your receiver.

Nice condition, NO manual or instructions, it is simple and intuitive to
use.  I believe these people are now out of business as I was unable to find
any info on it.
