I have an IC-04AT I am offering as a parts radio.  It has all
the usual wear with scratches and bumps on the case. It
does not come with a battery or any accessories.  When
connected to a battery, the display comes on, you get sound
from the speaker and the frequency changes on the display
when adjusting the frequency.  Pushing the transmit button
results in a the "T" in the display and the audio stops.  But,
there is no RF output.  Transmitting next to it is not detected.
The squelch works, has both the knobs in good shape and
does not appear to be modified in any way.

Asking $10 +UPS.  If you need a parts radio, this one is a
reasonable investment.
