Hello
Anyone have a service manual (or Sams Photofact) on the RCA Strato-World III
receiver (1958), model 1-MBT-6 that they could scan and email me? This was
apparently RCA's transistorized answer to the Zenith TransOceanic series of
radios as it is in a similar styled suitcase (though a little smaller), has
a large sliderule dial, lift up lid and 7 bands.

Apparently it didn't sell many as I wasn't even aware RCA built a "T.O.
Clone" till I ran across this one at a Radio swap meet. Amazingly enough,
this one is complete right down to the screw on tip on the antenna and the
owners booklet. Plays too, though not very much volume (probably a dried
out capacitor). Leather handle is a little cracked in the middle so I
wouldn't carry it by the handle.
