***********************
The total shipping charge for any one shipment of books is $1.50, no matter
how many, as long as they are ordered and paid for at the same time. They
will be mailed book rate.

The ONLY way I will sell these however is by VISA or Master Charge
credit card. Those who really don't have credit those cards surely know
someone who does, and who will buy for them, for cash in advance.

The information I need for purchases is as follows:

By email
1. The name of the each book, including the box number.
2. The price of each book.

Then I will acknowledge by email what is available and the total price.

Then I need the credit card info and shipping address; which can be emailed
or Faxed (530-888-6029). If worried about the security of email, the
number can be split between a couple of message, or disguised by inserting
"*" or "&" etc in the numbers. What I need is Card number, Name on card,
expiration date, and the billing address for the card. I need the shipping
address, too.
