 The ARRL has the ability to generate a list of hamfests by state for you. That is a good place to start.

BTW, the Tampa Amateur Radio Club is holding a TACRFest next Saturday from 8AM 1PM at the clubhouse, located at 7801 N 22nd St, Tampa.
