[FLham] 1296 activity?

Hi. As a resident of EM80, is there any activity on 1296 MHz? I'll be getting a new Icom 9700 this year. I have excellent antennas for 2M and 70CM. With mast mounted preamps. I could add a loop yagi for 1296 above the 2M yagi  (115' ASL).However, considering the scarce activity on 70CM even during the contests, it might be a waste of time. I have the hardline....
