[FLham] Pepsi-Cola radio grant

I am sending this message to several groups at once in order to save a lot
of typing. 

The Pepsi-Cola Company approved my submission for a grant to teach kids
Amateur Radio, which will be voted on. The top 10 vote getters will receive
grants. I would appreciate the votes and support of everyone. I hope this
message is approved. If not, no problem, it doesn't hurt to ask. For
