Just passing this along in case any of our FL hams with good HF stations 
can help:

Hi all,
I was listening around on hf and i came accross some activity on
14.300mhz. Some poor fellow was (and still is) out there in the carribean
islands area somewhere suffering from a severe case of kidney stones. He
was in a lot of pain yesterday, to the point of doubling over!  The U.S.
coast guard was on the air yesterday along with the Maritime Mobile
Service Network who operates a net under the same name.

They will be on the air at 1300utc from what i heard.
It may be best to listen anytime during the day though.
They also gave an alternate frequency of 7.128 mhz.
