I have for sale an ALPHA 78.  Serial # 8556 (dated 5/28/83).
 
Original manual.
 
Excellent cosmetically.  New Filter Caps.  Full power.   Currently strapped 
for 220vac.  120vac conversion is simple and easy (but  not necessarily 
recommended for best performance).
