FCC open Labor Day weekend to handle disaster-related requests (Sep 3, 
2005) -- FCC offices providing emergency telecommunications service 
authorizations will be open Saturday through Monday, September 3-5, to 
facilitate relief and reconstruction efforts by telecommunications 
providers affected by Hurricane Katrina. FCC personnel will be available
