Learn the terms first BEFORE making a comment.  If you attempt to 
self-dispatch yourself to an area you won't get in. You will be turned 
back, so all you will accomplish is wasting everybody's time and gas, 
further frustrating yourself.  The area is secured on the perimeter, with 
appropriate passes needed to proceed into designated areas.  To save time 
if you do otherwise, just wear a target so the National Guard can take 
shooting practice.

If a person needs help on the RADIO, of course you help.  That's pretty 
obvious.
