My concern is that when the ARRL is always at
the door of the FCC fussing about things, esp.
something not clearly requiring their action
they are perceived as cranks.

One must learn to choose battles carefully to
retain credibility.

If I am at the FCC I tell the ARRL that they
have to start with those who wrote the law
first.
