[FLham] 2004 FQP dedicated to K4OJ

At our "difficult" Florida Contest Club Meeting on Feb. 14, in Orlando, 
it was decided to dedicate the 2004 Florida QSO Party in memory of K4OJ 
(SK).

As a fitting tribute, several people have suggested something as simple 
as sending "OJ" in place of "73" or "TU".  Others are just encouraging 
folks to "get on the air" and make this the biggest FQP yet!

Help us honor "OJ", by joining us during the 2004 FQP on April 24 & 25.
