[FLham] FQP Results

After posting the results announcement ... it looks like the qsl.net 
servers are having problems today.  The FQP pages are coming up very 
slowly ... and some people are seeing the results ... while others are 
not!  They ARE there ... just checked myself.

If the pages are loading slowly (or not at all) your computer will use 
an old file in it's cache - and it'll look as if you're seeing an old 
page with no results.  If your getting this, be sure to hit "refresh" on 
your browser, to force your computer to download the new pages.

If the server is slow, wait a while, and try again later.
