my email server (which is a freebe and have to put up with the attachment of
a .dat file) for some reason, attaches a file
that is a tattle tale on my server (an case I get someone trying to relay
through me without me knowing it...)
It has been preventing me from email the qth reflectors I am subscribed to
and I am changing some parameters
to see if it will work now.

this is the last email to the flham reflector, I think I got it working here
now, now for the others.
