				SOUTH CARS PICNIC!



The South Cost Amateur Radio Service also known as South CARS, whose website
is www.qsl.net/wa4hwn-scars/southca.html, is having a picnic!

All South CARS members are invited to attend and I know you just can�t wait
for the location and date. So with the driving force of Sonny WA4EX and his
lovely wife Peggy, WA4PW here is the needed information!

Sunday June the 16th, 2002 at Fort De Soto Park pavilion number 1.

Time is early in the morning and lasts until the food and entertainment run
out, 0900 to 1500 as a rough estimate.

Talk-in will be on 147.060(+) and 146.520 and 7251 on your HF dial!

Please bring a dish to share and your own plastic-ware or silverware or make
sure your fingers are clean and the food is not too hot to hold!  We�d hate
to see burned fingers!

There are rumors that live music will be there and of course �lie swapping�
will be available through out the pavilion. The only request is that the
�swapping� be down with good humor and fun!

What better way to celebrate Father�s Day than to have a day at the beach,
live music, great food and Excellent friends from the airways to be around?
